Ok, well not really the rest of my life but at least the first day of our three year tour here in Naples Italy. I am starting this blog to help out friends and family understand and learn more about what we have learned and experienced while we have been here in Italy. I am beginning this blog 3 months into our tour but I am going to backdate it so I can catch myself up with pertinent information. Some of it will be regarding military life here and what to expect when you transfer over here and other portions of it will be about the traveling we have done and my "reviews" so to speak regarding those travels.
My big disclaimer: THESE ARE MY EXPERIENCES!!!! Everyone has a different experience or opinion about things here, hell that is the way of the world. I am not professing to know everything there is and as with everything in the military, each day is a learning experience. As I said in the beginning, I want to share my experiences and if maybe one person learns from me, then my blog will have been helpful and will have served it's purpose!!!
To those getting ready for an overseas move, good luck and remember to take deep breathes!! It does get easier and less stressful....I promise!!!!
